Cheap Nile Cruises. Are there such things?
Is it wise to book a “cheap Nile Cruise”?
We often get asked “what’s the cheapest Nile cruise you can organise for me?’
Well the “cheapest” is usually the worst we can sell you. We can always find a really cheap ship but with “cheap” usually comes the word “poor”.
Poor standards of accommodation, poor standards of hygene, poor standards of service, poor standards of food, poor standards of service.
Cheap but rubbish.
Imagine if you have waited for years to book a Nile Cruise so you can experience the mysteries and wonders of Ancient Egypt and enjoy the leisurely cruise down the Nile and the ship you end up on is “cheap” but rubbish.
Dont’ you think that the edge will be taken off the whole experience?
Instead of “cheap” I think you should look for the “best value” Nile Cruise and by “best value” I mean a Nile Cruise that is enjoyed on an excellent ship, with excellent standards of hygene, accommodation, service and food. A ship that employs Egyptologists that will bring Ancient Egypt “alive”.
An awful lot of people have a “Nile Cruise” on their travel “wish-lists” or “bucket” lists (things I’d like to do before I kick the bucket). So I think it’s important that they experience it on as good a vessel as possible.
So when you speak to us or whoever you choose to book your Nile Cruise ask for the best ship that that person knows about that offers the best possible standards for the best price they can obtain for you.
If a “Nile Cruise” is a once in a lifetime experience then make it the best it can possibly be and replace “cheapest” by “best value”.
