Nile River Cruise

Birds of EgyptPeople thinking of taking a Nile river cruise often forget that as well as seeing Ancient Egypt’s fascinating history you will see life as it is currently lived on the river and also some fascinating wildlife.

When I first cruised the Nile I enjoyed the daily visits to the temples and archeological sites as well as the fascinating and often humorous explanations of our Egyptologist.  But what I enjoyed equally was the opportunity, when cruising, to just sit quietly and watch the life of the river go by.

Jaz Royale Nile Cruise Ship

We are getting more and more people looking for October departures for their Nile Cruise particularly asking for the MS. Monica.  The Monica is an excellent ship but is now full throughout October and November.

The pair of them were spotted from the window of the Nile Cruises 4u website laying down enjoying the rays of the sun.

At first we thought they might have snuffed it but on closer inspection we realised that they were just sunbathing.

Probably be pouring down tomorrow so they might as well make the best of it.
