I’m always on the lookout for stories on the web of other people’s adventures in Egypt and came across this weblog that describes a recent “first-time” trip to Egypt…
“We have generally been independent travelers. However, with Egypt, we decided to take a tour package recommended by a friend. It was totally fantastic and Egypt is absolutely magical. Our local tour guide was a true pleasure, a warm personality, fun and has been really effective in communicating Egyptian history to people like me, who has no interest in history. Amazingly, after tour, I have been searching about Egyptian history, myths and symbols. I have been able to remember names of some kings and queens and god”.
